Mr. Om Rajbhandari is the founder and the Managing Director of MASS. He has dedicated last twenty five years of his career in the field of the management development in Nepal. He had worked as a researcher and a management consultant for the different organizations. Currently, he is also affiliated with different institutions and associations as a promoter and a member.

From his over two decades of experience, he sees management in Nepal as challenging and demanding task. Ppeople have high expectation but we have limited resources and time to fulfill the given task. Obviously, providing high quality job with limited resources and time with the consideration of high risk environment is a daunting task. Additionally, the constraints such as difficult and inaccessible terrain, poverty, low literacy rate, low average life expectancy, high fertility, insufficient development of physical infrastructure, negative growth rate are the major impediments to the management services in Nepal. MASS was founded in 1985 to respond to these constraints in the program implementation.

He believes that the key to sustainable performance is strong organizational ethics and valued people. Personally, he believes that the proper management is a key to sustainable innovation and success. It is about valuing people, creating least impediment to proper communication, working as a team and acknowledging people as the most important asset.
